As Head of Software at Okeiro, I lead the development of cutting-edge SaaS solutions that help care providers predict and prevent organ transplant complications and rejections. Managing a team of 10 talented developers, DevOps engineers, and data specialists, I ensure we deliver a high-quality, safe medical device that meets the rigorous standards required in healthcare technology. In my role, I orchestrate the full spectrum of product development—from navigating complex legal and regulatory requirements to solving technical challenges and designing robust system architecture. I work closely with contracts, compliance teams, and stakeholders to ensure our solutions move swiftly from concept to deployment while maintaining the safety and reliability that medical applications demand. Serving in a CTO capacity within our 30-person organization, I bridge the gap between technical innovation and business objectives, ensuring our team delivers solutions that make a real difference in transplant care and patient outcomes.

As a Software Engineering Manager during our company's acquisition, I led my team in transitioning and upgrading our patient enrollment system to GCP, meeting challenging deadlines. My collaboration with the product manager was crucial in sprint planning and roadmap development. Moving from backend developer to a leadership role, I honed my project management and team coordination skills. This essential project not only improved patient onboarding but also contributed significantly to securing new funding, showcasing our team's dedication and adaptability in times of change.

Seeking growth and new challenges after my CTO role. Embraced remote work, mastering languages like Python, Go, and Rust, and delved into REST API development and microservices. Gained expertise in Kubernetes, contributing to APIs for devices, mobile apps, and web applications. This period of intense learning and increasing responsibilities culminated in my promotion to Engineering Manager following the company's acquisition.

Joined CONITY as CTO during the early stages of 'MyCONITY,' leading the internalization of its codebase for enhanced control and robustness. Established cloud architecture on AWS, integrating services like EC2 and RDS to build a scalable infrastructure. Managed the platform's evolution, from API development to UI/UX improvements and launching a mobile app. Pivoted to outsourcing and vendor management to bolster development efficiency. Successfully launched 'BATYSIGN' and 'DEPOSIT' web applications, significantly impacting the home builder sector with innovative solutions.

Within the development team, my missions were to assist in the development of various custom business applications and e-commerce websites. I had the opportunity to use several versions of Symfony 2.6 to 4.0 on e-commerce projects as well as on business applications. I was also able to learn the ReactJS framework (more specifically via the Gatsby framework) in order to generate static pages for an ultra light and SEO optimized website. Furthermore, I used NodeJs to build a real time reporting application reflecting data from industrial sensors.

I worked in the service center and assisted employees in order to automate certain administrative tasks.As such, I was required to design a statistical database (automate the production of monthly statistics, develop a graphic charter), configure and develop Adecco Group tools, contribute to the targeting of eligible customers (preparation of statistical dashboards, analysis of volumes and types of time sheets via a web interface), propose technical solutions that could be implemented.
